    Yes, we can provide full bar services, including bartenders, mixers, glassware, and alcoholic beverages upon request (subject to legal requirements).

    Yes, we provide tasting sessions for larger events like weddings so you can sample our offerings before finalizing your menu. The fee is $400 for up to 8 guests if selecting from our menus. This fee goes directly towards your total bill upon booking.

  3. Do you provide themed or ethnic cuisine options?
    Yes, we specialize in a variety of cuisines and can tailor the menu to suit your event’s theme or cultural preferences.

Pricing and Payments

  1. How much do your services cost?
    Pricing depends on the menu, guest count, service level, and additional needs. We offer custom quotes after discussing the details of your event. Please visit the Contact Us tab and click on the Consultation Form to get started.

  2. What’s included in your catering package?
    Our packages typically include food preparation, delivery, and setup. Additional services like service staff, rentals, and bar service can be added.

  3. Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date when booking 9 months before event day. An additional 50% at the 6 month mark. The final head count and balance are due 30 days prior to the event date.

  4. What’s your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations may incur fees based on how close to the event the cancellation occurs.

Logistics

  1. How far in advance do I need to book?
    We recommend booking as early as possible (6-9 months out), especially for large events or during peak seasons.

  2. Do you deliver the food, or do I need to pick it up?
    We offer delivery and setup for your convenience. Pickup options are also available for smaller orders.

  3. How much time do you need for setup?
    Setup times vary depending on the size and complexity of the event but typically range from 1 to 3 hours.

  4. Do you clean up after the event?
    Yes, cleanup is included if service staff is part of your package. For drop-off catering, cleanup is the client’s responsibility.

Food Safety and Quality

  1. Is your food made fresh?
    Yes, all of our dishes are prepared fresh on the day of your event to ensure the highest quality and flavor.

  2. Do you have food safety certifications?
    Yes, our kitchen staff follows all health and safety regulations, and we are fully licensed and certified.

  3. What happens to leftover food?
    Leftovers can be packaged and provided to you upon request. Otherwise, we ensure they are properly disposed of.
